I just ordered another package of Wine Stix from Peter DeVivi. I have been using Wine Stix for years! I have 6 small neutral barrels and I use multiple Wine Stix in each one depending upon what I am making. This has allowed me to really control the flavors I am looking for! I typically leave these in my barrels for a year and take them out at bottling. The quality of the products along with the flexibility to tie several of them together (I drill a hole in the other end of the stix so that I can daisy chain several of them without getting stuck when I pull them out). This is a great product, and it has really enhanced my award winning
wines and allows me the control that I desire.
